Right from the start I felt that my input was not only heard but valued and taken seriously in spite of my limited experience. I learned quickly that my employer was going to do all they could to invest in my success, including a robust training that involved multiple trips to the Italian offices and inside lumber mills to get a full picture of what we do. I now truly feel like I am part of a global team, as I have spent time learning, working, and recreating with wonderful people across the world.
