Hilmer Andersson

Hilmer Andersson is a fourth-generation, family-owned company based in Åmotfors, Sweden. To further optimize their production, they integrated MiCROTEC’s Logeye scanner into their operations. Today, approximately 400,000 square meters of spruce and pine logs are scanned annually for sorting and payment grading.

The logs are sourced directly from the forest and processed into finished products for end customers.

Hilmer Andersson is also a key partner in development projects. Through their collaboration, MiCROTEC received Biometria's type approval for automatic grading of spruce and pine logs with the Logeye.
